State Rep. C. Denise Marcelle is our alumni of the month.
Rep. Marcelle is a proud Capitol High School alum who continues to put her best foot forward by doing anything she can to make a positive impact in our community.
Rep. Marcelle has served the community for over 20 years. She has served as a City-Council member for 2 terms, as well as, currently serving in the capacity of State Representative for District 61. She is a mother of 2 and grandmother of 11. She has a proven track record for getting bills passed, fighting for the voiceless, and unifying all political parties for the common good of the constituents.
